Many restaurant owners think email marketing doesn’t work—it clogs inboxes or gets ignored. While inboxes are crowded, the right message to the right audience at the right time can make email one of the most profi table tools available. Stellini’s POS system offered an email marketing tool and .ai, but it was too generic or lacked strategic, psychologically informed messaging to infl uence consumer behavior.

Our team created custom, brand-focused email campaigns with authentic, persuasive copy (not generic AI content), compelling visuals, and embedded videos to showcase the restaurant’s event spaces. We built a dedicated landing page with a simple booking form for direct reservations, automated confi rmations and follow-ups to save staff time and reassure guests, plus call scripts and text reminders to reduce cancellations.
